Terms & Conditions

By using Elior Booking, you agree to the following:

  • Scope: We provide an online platform for booking flights, hotels, and transport services.
  • Payments: Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, mobile money (Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Moov), and bank transfers.
  • Liability: Elior Booking acts as an intermediary. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service quality provided by airlines, hotels, or transport partners.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of CĂ´te d’Ivoire, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Abidjan courts.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Airlines & Hotels: Refunds follow the policies of the respective service providers.
  • Elior Booking Fees: Service fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Last-minute deals and promotional fares may not be refundable.
Customer Support & Complaint Policy
  • Support Channels: Email, phone, live chat.
  • Response Time: Within 24–48 hours.
  • Escalation: Unresolved complaints may be escalated to management.
  • Commitment: We aim for fair, transparent, and timely resolutions.
Partner Onboarding Policy
  • Eligibility: Hotels and transport providers must hold valid licenses and comply with local regulations.
  • Content Standards: Accurate descriptions, updated photos, and transparent pricing are mandatory.
  • Payments: Commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer or mobile money.
  • Termination: Elior Booking reserves the right to suspend or terminate partnerships for non-compliance.
